What are Systemic Constellations?
Traditional approaches or therapies often look at a problem in isolation without considering all the interwoven connections and relationships shaping them. Linear cause-and-effect thinking can limit the complexities involved.
The family system we grew up in, as well as the systems we live and work in are inter-related. Instead of looking at a singular relationship or business issue, the whole of the system is taken into consideration.
A systemic view looks works with the whole picture to uncover the underlying dynamics, reaching deeper into unconscious or intuitive knowledge.
New insights allow us to shift unconscious patterns, hidden dynamics or entanglements and develop impactful solutions.

For over two decades, systemic constellations have been central to my personal and professional growth – shaping how I relate to others, make decisions, and move through challenges and change. This work has deeply influenced my personal life, my relationships, and how I’ve shown up in my professional career as consultant, collaborating with leadership teams.
At the same time, I’ve spent more than 35 years navigating complex, fast-moving technology and innovation markets – helping purpose-driven organisations grow. I know what it’s like to hold vision and responsibility, deal with uncertainty and how patterns can play out in teams, leadership, customer engagement and strategy.
Now, I bring these two interconnected streams together – facilitating constellation work that goes beyond linear analyses and considers the complexity of the whole system. Sometimes we feel blocked, conflicted, or weighed down by something we can’t quite name or feel stuck in a situation.
This work is a way to explore patterns, conflict or relationship challenges that don’t make sense on the surface and don’t shift. Intergenerational trauma or patterns in current relationships or family of origin can be identified and released. Constellations free up personal growth, removing blocks and opening new pathways.
