The principle of phenomenology simply means that we don’t make assumptions, start with an open mind and are present in the moment. Constellations start with a blank sheet to discover new insights and new solutions that balance the whole system dynamic.

1:1 Constellation Facilitation:
A confidential on-line or in person session takes only 1.5 to 2 hrs. Whether working with entrepreneurs, CEOs, executives, self-employed sole trades or employees, we work in a a safe and supportive space for exploration, discovery and solution development.
Integrated Business and Personal Approach:
Personal or family dynamics don’t stay at home—they shape how we lead, communicate, solve conflicts and make decisions. Business constellations can reveal these patterns, and provides a path to address both business and personal/family dynamics. The result? More effective leadership, healthier teams, and higher performance.
Continuous Support:

3-Step Process:
Crystallising the Question (up to 40 min)
We discuss your situation, define your specific issue, and set a clear objective for the constellation. We may look into organisational history, dynamics, significant events or conflicts. For personal or family topics we will consider No further preparation is required.
Working with the System – Constellation Facilitation (up to 1.5 hours)
For on-line video sessions all you need is a quiet room with a screen, camera and desk, where you can focus and assure privacy.
In-person session arrangements will be agreed and your constellation will be facilitated in my office (Sydney, Inner West)
For the constellation, we will set up the physical representation of the situation like a 3D picture, or simulation, with placeholders for people, departments, stakeholders or even abstract concepts like goals or events are selected. Representatives are typically physical markets but can involve experienced co-facilitators.
Exploring this simulation provides insights about the relationship dynamics at play. This allows us to observe patterns, tensions, disconnections or disruptions. Potential solution scenarios or hypotheses can be interactively developed and tested.
On-line Integration Session (up to 1 hr)
You can then consider the newly gained insights and potential solutions. Sometimes the simple recogniton or awareness of the situation is all that’s needed to create positive change. In other situations, such as Business Constellations, insights may be translated into action plans around organisational structure, communication practises or decision making processes. During a debrief call within 3-5 days after the constellation, we can discuss aspects of practical implementation.

We identify key people or elements in the system and represent them using people (in a group) or objects (in a 1:1 session) to create a 3D image.
Observe the dynamics
What’s revealed when we step back?
As we position the representatives, insights and previously unnoticed dynamics often emerge — things that aren’t usually visible in day-to-day interactions.
