Hi, I am Ursula
I’ve worked with Family and Business Constellations for more than 20 years — first for my own personal development and growth, and now as a certified facilitator. These tools have shaped how I see systems, patterns, and possibilities — both in families and in organisations.
My career started in the corporate world which taught me a lot about structure, process and politics. After fifteen years of executive roles in the go-to-market space, it was time leave. I acquired post grad counselling qualifications and took the plunge into Entrepreneurship as co-founder of a boutique marketing agency to support small/medium sized companies.
During a visit to Germany, I discovered “Aufstellungen” after Bert Hellinger, which are known as Systemic Family and Business Constellations. The rest is history. I completed my first training twenty years ago and I applied the principles ever since in my work and personal development.
Over the last 10 years I worked as a Go-To-Market business consultant and loved collaboration with purpose driven founders and CEOs of start/scaleups.
The Journey
Over time, I had the opportunity to gain insights from more than 115 organisations. I started to see repeating patterns and dynamics that defied the textbooks.
I began to see organisations as living complex systems of people, functions, processes and many other elements, all with their unique history.
More and more I introduced constellation work and quietly integrated constellation principles. They helped me cut through complexity and focus on what really mattered. I’ve seen how personal patterns shape the way we work, lead, grow, and engage in business.
A Turning Point
After years of driving hard in business, I hit a wall: burnout. It brought everything to a halt — and gave me the chance to listen more deeply to myself and the systems I was part of. That experience confirmed what constellation work had already shown me: lasting change begins with seeing what’s been ignored. That clarity is what now guides my practice.
Shaped by a Cross-Cultural Life
I was born in Germany as the youngest child of a post war refugee family from Poland, and grew up navigating questions of loss identity, belonging, and resilience and intergenerational trauma. Later, I moved to Australia as an expat — and stayed. These personal experiences give me deep empathy for those working across cultures or carrying invisible burdens.
