Systemic Constellations are a facilitated process that helps uncover the unseen patterns and relational dynamics influencing individuals, families, teams and organisations.
Originating in Germany and now practiced internationally, the work combines systemic thinking, spatial representation and experiential insight to reveal dynamics that may not become visible through conversation and analysis alone.
This approach offers a different lens , particularly when situations feel complex, stuck, or difficult to resolve. It is considering interwoven connections and relationships, where linear thinking may be limiting.
